Using our unique, seven-part “Excellent Schools Quality Framework” and bespoke review process, we give clear advice about your areas of focus OR we bring a rigorous evidence-based approach to your existing review framework for greatest impact.

Strategic Planning and Implementation

Using our tailored tools and templates, within our LDE Improvement Cycle, we support your strategic planning and change management approaches. We also advise on how to adopt the most effective implementation processes for greatest impact on teacher practice and student outcomes.

Coaching Leaders

Using our inquiry-based coaching modules, we work alongside you, your leadership teams and/or middle-leaders to extend your skills in key areas of leadership excellence.
